Return Policy

Most of our products such as cake toppers, cake bases, neon lights and related items are customized or made-to-order. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the product meets one of the following conditions:

• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrect product received
• Manufacturing defect

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Return Rejections

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item has been used or installed
• The item is damaged due to misuse
• Customer changes their mind
• Packaging is missing
