Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when a return request is approved under our Return Policy.
Refund Process
The refund may be issued as:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Replacement product
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund timelines range from 5 to 14 working days after approval.
Refund Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for:
- Custom-made items without defects
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
